This policy explains what information DeirNet collects, why, and who it is shared with. It covers both our website and our mobile applications, including the DeirTV iPhone and iPad app.
About the app
DeirTV is an IPTV player. It contains no channels, no films and no other content of its own. You enter the address of your operator's portal and the MAC address that operator issued to you, and the app plays whatever that portal provides. You can change to a different portal at any time from Settings.
This matters for your privacy: when you use the app, most of your activity is handled by your operator's portal, not by DeirNet. If the portal you connect to is not operated by DeirNet, that operator's own privacy practices apply to it, and you should ask them about it.
What the app collects

The device identifier is created once on your device and kept in the iOS Keychain, or entered by you at sign-in. It is not an advertising identifier and cannot be used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
What stays on your device
The app keeps a local cache so it works quickly and offline: the channel and title lists from your portal, your watch history and favourites, your chosen language, your sort preferences, and your last-played surah and reciter. This stays on your device and is removed when you delete the app.
What we do not do
- We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and the app shows no advertising.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- The app does not ask for access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location.
- The app does not create user accounts and does not ask for your name, email address or payment details. Subscriptions are arranged directly with your operator.

How long we keep data
Crash reports are retained by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days. Data held by your operator's portal — your subscription, viewing history and favourites — is kept for as long as your subscription is active, under that operator's own retention policy. Local data on your device is removed when you delete the app.
Children
The app is not directed at children. It includes a parental control feature: titles your operator marks as restricted require a PIN taken from your subscriber profile.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. For data held by your operator's portal, contact that operator. To delete the local data the app keeps, delete the app from your device.
Website
Our website collects standard server log information — IP address, browser type, time of visit and referring page — and any details you choose to submit through a contact or enquiry form. The website uses third-party advertising, which may set its own cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

توضح هذه السياسة ما هي المعلومات التي تجمعها ديرنت، ولماذا، ومع من تتم مشاركتها. وهي تشمل موقعنا الإلكتروني وتطبيقاتنا للهواتف المحمولة، بما في ذلك تطبيق DeirTV للآيفون والآيباد.
عن التطبيق
تطبيق DeirTV هو مشغل IPTV. لا يتضمن أي قنوات أو أفلام أو أي محتوى خاص به. أنت تُدخل عنوان بوابة مزود خدمتك وعنوان الـ MAC الذي زودك به، ويشغّل التطبيق ما توفره تلك البوابة. ويمكنك التبديل إلى بوابة أخرى في أي وقت من الإعدادات.
ولهذا أثر على خصوصيتك: عند استخدامك للتطبيق، فإن معظم نشاطك تتولاه بوابة مزود خدمتك وليس ديرنت. وإذا كانت البوابة التي تتصل بها غير مُدارة من ديرنت، فإن سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بذلك المزود هي التي تنطبق عليها، ويجدر بك مراجعته بشأنها.

يُنشأ معرّف الجهاز مرة واحدة على جهازك ويُحفظ في Keychain الخاص بنظام iOS، أو تُدخله أنت عند تسجيل الدخول. وهو ليس معرّفاً إعلانياً ولا يمكن استخدامه لتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع شركات أخرى.
ما الذي يبقى على جهازك
يحتفظ التطبيق بنسخة محلية ليعمل بسرعة وبدون اتصال: قوائم القنوات والعناوين من بوابتك، وسجل مشاهدتك ومفضلتك، واللغة التي اخترتها، وتفضيلات الترتيب، وآخر سورة وقارئ استمعت إليهما. تبقى هذه البيانات على جهازك وتُحذف عند حذف التطبيق.
ما الذي لا نفعله
- لا نتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع شركات أخرى، ولا يعرض التطبيق أي إعلانات.
- لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.
- لا يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو موقع GPS الدقيق.
- لا ينشئ التطبيق حسابات مستخدمين ولا يطلب اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو بيانات الدفع. الاشتراكات تُرتَّب مباشرة مع مزود خدمتك.

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
تحتفظ خدمة Firebase Crashlytics بتقارير الأعطال لمدة تصل إلى 90 يوماً. أما البيانات الموجودة لدى بوابة مزود خدمتك — اشتراكك وسجل مشاهدتك ومفضلتك — فيُحتفظ بها طوال فترة سريان اشتراكك ووفقاً لسياسة الاحتفاظ الخاصة بذلك المزود. أما البيانات المحلية على جهازك فتُحذف عند حذف التطبيق.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال. ويتضمن خاصية الرقابة الأبوية: المحتوى الذي يحدده مزود الخدمة كمقيّد يتطلب رمز PIN مأخوذاً من ملف اشتراكك.
حقوقك
يمكنك أن تطلب منا معرفة البيانات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها عنك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها. أما البيانات الموجودة لدى بوابة مزود خدمتك فيُرجى مراجعة ذلك المزود بشأنها. ولحذف البيانات المحلية التي يحتفظ بها التطبيق، احذف التطبيق من جهازك.
الموقع الإلكتروني
يجمع موقعنا الإلكتروني معلومات سجلات الخادم المعتادة — عنوان IP، ونوع المتصفح، ووقت الزيارة، والصفحة المُحيلة — إضافة إلى أي بيانات تختار إرسالها عبر نموذج التواصل أو الاستفسار. ويستخدم الموقع إعلانات من طرف ثالث قد تضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط خاصة بها.

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة. ويوضح التاريخ في الأعلى موعد آخر تعديل.
